It is said that Vietnam has a unique and rich civilization, spectacular scenery and highly cultured, cordial people. Let’s travel through typical World’s heritage sites of the country to experience: Magnificent Halong Bay with wide variety of caves and grottoes, Hue ancient capital with antique and poetic architectural structures, the picturesque riverside town of Hoi An, the ancient kingdom of Champa My Son where remains vestiges of a golden age in history and Phong Nha caves with thousands of metres of underground passageways and river caves filled with abundant stalactites and stalagmites.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Welcome at Noi Bai International Airport of Ha Noi capital. On the way to the downtown, we will see the views of farmers working in the rice fields and authentic villages in the suburb of Hanoi. Relax at a comfortable hotel. Go round the animated Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake by cyclo to view the most exciting part of Hanoi. Enjoy a Vietnam traditional art: Water – Puppet Show in the evening. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B, L)

We depart for Halong Bay in the early morning. Enjoy the landscape along the way with rice and corn fields and orchards of the Northeast Vietnam. Arrive Halong at noon, we board a deluxe junk to have a lunch with fresh seafood and start cruising amongst the limestone islets to explore various caves including Thien Cung cave and Dau Go Grotto – the natural caves of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Stop to see a fishing-floating house to bargain some fresh shrimps, crabs and fishes. Back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Da Nang – Hoi An (B)

We take the early flight in the morning to Da Nang, Vietnam’s third biggest city. Stop in Da Nang to visit the Cham Museum containing the most extensive collection of Cham art worldwide. On the road from Da Nang to Hoi An we will visit five sacred hills known as the Marble Mountains, a cluster of five limestone towers rising from flat plain. In the afternoon, we explore the old merchant town of Hoi An by touring its colorful blend of Chinese Assembly Halls, beautiful Japanese-covered Bridge, narrow winding streets and ancestral family homes. Be tempted by its art galleries, handcrafted woodwork, ceramics, lanterns, embroidery and tailor shops where an entire wardrobe can be made overnight.

Day 4: Hoi An – My Son – Tra Kieu – Hoi An (B, L)

We will start a full – day tour to My Son, 40km southwest of Hoi An, which flourished from the late 400s to the mid 1200s, and which was an important Holy Land of the Champa people. The My Son Sanctuary is an exceptional example of cultural interchange, with the introduction the Hindu architecture of the Indian sub – continent into South-East Asia. Back to Hoi An in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Hoi An.

Day 5: Hoi An – Hue (B)

Continue the road trip to Hue, the former imperial city, Vietnam’s most famous World Heritage. Boat trip on Perfume River to visit handicraft village making conical hat and bronze casting and visit Thien Mu Pagoda and soak in the atmosphere of one of the majestic Royal Tombs. In the afternoon, transfer to Dong Hoi town in the North of Hue to get Phong Nha – Ke Bang which is a newly recognized world heritage at the Truong Son grandiose mountain range, as the longest underground river in the world. Check in hotel. Overnight at hotel in Phong Nha.

Day 6: Phong Nha Caves – Hue (B)

In the morning, get on a boat to go upstream of the blue water Son River, to get in the huge caves named Cung Dinh (Royal Palace) and Nguoi Xua (ancestor people). Discover the mystery of the prehistoric people lived here thousands years ago. Study the Ho Chi Minh legendary trail with its unbelievable ways of transferring the soldiers and weapons from North to South Vietnam in American war. Visit the unspoiled immense tropical forests in the area or the beautiful Nhat Le beach. Back to Hue. Overnight in Hue.

Day 7: Hue – Hanoi (B)

We take the early flight in the morning to Hanoi. Arrival at Hanoi. We visit the peaceful capital decorated by tree lines along streets. Joint the stream of people to visit the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, his wooden house in a respect manner towards the greatest leader of the country and the One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to visit the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam built in 11th century. Learn about Vietnamese craft at Craftlink. We depart Hanoi for Noi Bai airport in the afternoon for your ongoing flights. End of tour.
